Jeremy Sheffield lost his va va voom tonight as he was voted off Dancing On Ice. The actor and his partner Susie Lipanova went head-to-head in the skate-off against former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies and her partner Pavel Aubrecht. But he failed to impress the judges and was sent packing after the panel unanimously voted to keep Sharron in the competition. Former Holby City star Jeremy, 43, who starred in the More Va Va Voom adverts for Renault Clio in 2007, said he was actually quite relieved to be going home.

Speaking to host Phillip Schofield, he said: 'I am disappointed obviously, but am ever so slightly relieved that we're not going to be in so much pain. 'I felt I was starting to get up to speed but it was just too little too late.' His and Sophie's first routine of the night, which was skated to Rod Stewart's Stay With Me, was praised by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who have been training the celebrity contestants.
They said Jeremy had had a 'great attitude' and had really pushed himself during rehearsals. But his skating didn't go down as well with the judges, who gave him a Sophie a score of 12.0, the second lowest this week, as judge Nicky Slater told Jeremy: 'You've got to get your posture right. Try and imagine a grenade between your buttocks and hold it there.' Sharron, 47, who was wearing a blue leotard that left little to the imagination, was told by Nicky that she looked 'fantastic' while Jason Gardiner said there was 'a lot more fluidity' in her arm movements, no doubt helped after a training session in a swimming pool this week to loosen her up
Earlier, Emmerdale actress Hayley Tamaddon, who was celebrating her 33rd birthday, and her skating partner Daniel Whiston, were the first couple to take to the ice. They received a score of 19.5, the highest of the evening, and were given a heap of praise by the panel, with former Olympic skater Karen Barber telling them: 'You made it look effortless, it was seamless. You are such a strong competitor in this event.' Up next was GMTV's Dr Hilary Jones and skating partner Alexandra Shauman, who were determined to raise the bar after they were saved from the chop by the public last week, despite only managing an 11.5 score.
Unfortunately, tonight proved to be even worse for the couple, who were kept in by the public despite a far-from-smooth routine which saw Hilary have a couple of wobbly moments during which he almost fell and which no doubt resulted in their pitiful 7.5 score. Retired figure skater Robin Cousins told them: 'I thought you were scary, laboured and uncomfortable - that's how you made me feel while watching you.' The Inbetweeners star Emily Atack and skating partner Fred Palascak came on next in matching orange outfits, and landed themselves a score of 13.0.
But their performance was not without criticism after Jason told Emily: 'You have a pretty face but your lines are that of a 90 year old, you have to watch what your legs are doing.'Hollyoaks bad boy Kieron Richardson and skating partner Brianne Delcourt then dazzled in matching ice-white outfits and received a score of 16.0. Kieron, who had been training and filming Hollyoaks all week said: 'I'm completely amazed by that score. Backstage, Brianne was having to coax me to come out as I was so nervous.' Tana Ramsay took to the ice next with partner Stuart Widdall as her chef husband Gordon, who was joined by their children and actor friend Max Beasley, cheered her on.
Tana and Stuart were given a 12.5 score but were slammed for their non-sensual routine, with Jason telling Tana: 'You have the sensuality of a frigid schoolmistress.'Former Coronation Street star Danny Young and his skating partner Frankie Poultney performed a cheeky routine to Elvis's Devil in Disguise and were given a score of 17.5, especially for a very difficult frog lift that they managed to pull off. Heather Mills was up next with her partner Matt Evers, both wearing matching baby blue outfits.
After performing an almost flawless routine to Madonna's hit sing Frozen, they were given a score of 16.0, as Heather declared that she was having 'non-stop fun.'Matt heaped praised on her for being able to perform despite her disability and said: 'She comes in every day and skates like this and am speechless she is able to do what she's doing.' Gary Lucy and skating partner Maria Filippov, who were in the skate-off last week, then came on in matching turquiose outfits and received a 18.5 score for their routine and were praised by the judges for their 'fantastic' spirals.
After Sharron Davies and Jeremy Sheffield performed their routines, it was the turn of Boyzone star Mikey Graham and partner: Melanie Lambert. He got a video message from his Boyzone bandmates Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy and Shane Lynch, who said: "Best of luck, Micker. We love you.'His green outfit proved to give him the luck of the Irish after the couple were given a score of 18.5 as judge Emma said: 'You make me feel part of your dance, gorgeous, you give me goosebumps.'
And last but not least was Eastenders star Danniella Westbrook with her partner Matthew Gonzalez Despite injuring her ribs after a fall in rehearsals, she didn't keep the beaming smile off her face throughout the entire routine, which won her a score of 18.0 after being told her lifts were 'gorgeous'.
