Lauren Froderman had all the right moves on "So You Think You Can Dance." Viewer votes awarded the 18-year-old recent high school graduate from Phoenix the title of "America's Favorite Dancer" and the $250,000 grand prize. Froderman bested 18-year-old runner-up Kent Boyd of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and 19-year-old third-place finisher Robert Roldan of Thousand Oaks, Calif., on the Fox dancing contest's live finale Thursday.

"I have been working my whole life for something like this," Froderman said. The bubbly contemporary jazz dancer was best known for her ability to pick up other styles, effortlessly taking on hip-hop, ballroom and Bollywood routines throughout the seventh season. She also deftly tackled a wardrobe malfunction - a dangly broken dress strap - while performing a Broadway number during the third week of competition.

Three dancers left. All will be busting their best moves to win America's heart on the finale of So You Think You Can Dance. Only one's efforts will be rewarded with the title of season seven champion. Certainly, you all have your favorites. But who does host Cat Deeley think will be dancing their way to victory? Hint: this dancer made her drop that line about hormones up there.

Plus, she tells us if she really thinks there's a curse on this season, and why the two-part finale will be "must-see TV"… When asked who she thinks will win it all this season, Cat starts off diplomatically. "I think it could be any one of the three," she says in that chipper voice of hers. But not one to hold back, Cat then slams us with her prediction.

Former Home and Away star-turned-Hollywood leading lady and Nike shoe designer, Sharni Vinson, has a few tips for Aussies males intimidated by the dance floor.Be confident, Vinson says.

A dude may have two left feet, but if he struts on the dance floor at the local pub or RSL thinking he is John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever or Fred Astaire in Top Hat, the chances are the opposite sex will be impressed.So, how do guys build confidence?

"Drink more. For guys, it seems to be the way, right? Have another shot?" Vinson laughs during a video interview in Los Angeles. "Your dancing gets better. "For girls it doesn't work. We're in heels and then it is just messy."

So You Think You Can Dance's judges "went with America's voting," Adam Shankman told us after last night's show, in deciding to send home "brilliant" Billy Bell and the beloved but inexperienced Jose Ruiz. "America today basically voted Billy out," Adam added. "It makes me sad because he's so genius. The best dancer on this show has never won—ever. "

"It was a hard decision to make," Nigel Lythgoe told us, "[but] it wasn't a difficult decision. We took everything into account with what America's been voting...We weren't going to lose Lauren [Froderman] tonight—she's just too good to lose."

(They did lose Lauren—for a second—Wednesday night: "She was dehydrated and collapsed," Nigel said. Host Cat Deeley said, "I literally handed her over to a medic [onstage]—but I know that she's much better today." Whew!)

New Chak Dhoom Dhoom Dance 2010 Win Sparsh Shrivastav: Thirteen super entertaining weeks, sixteen young dancing stars, four outstanding finalists and one grand finale, Rin presents Chak Dhoom Dhoom - Chhote Dancers ki Badi Jung came to an end with 11-year old, Sparsh Srivastav from Agra emerging as the winner. With that announcement the finale boomed with thrill, the stage exploded with pyros and an overwhelmed Sparsh screamed while his mom screamed louder! Bollywood Superstar, Akshay Kumar presented the trophy to the Junior Dance Champ as the audience cheered his terrific freestyle performance on ‘Aaj Fathe Chak Len De.

Poor ticket sales have led to the cancellation of the Dancing with the Stars Live stage show. The show, under licence from BBC Worldwide, was to be held at the Vector Arena in Auckland on Friday August 27. Norm Hewitt, Beatrice Faumuina, Lorraine Downes, Suzanne Paul.

Shane Cortese and Tamati Coffey had agreed to appear live in the stage show after their success in the television event . Some were reluctant to step out again after a long break from competing in the series but most said they had kept up an interest in dancing.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the "Dancing With the Stars" professional dancer who burned up the floor with ESPN analyst Erin Andrews in Season 10, admits to not knowing if he'll be back until right before the rest of us know!

"We always find out right before you guys find out," he tells Access Hollywood. "Hopefully... I think it's a great show and I love being on it and if they'll have me, I'll come back."

Bruce, 82, has verbally agreed a deal with the BBC to present the show this year and his wife, known as Winnie, has revealed she is keen to hit the dancefloor as a contestant.

Puerto Rican former Miss World Winnie, 50, said: "Being Latin, dancing is in my blood, so I'd love it. I'd have to give Bruce earplugs in case the judges say something horrible, though."

On talks over a new presenting deal, Bruce said: "Negotiations with the BBC have begun, they are going very well and things are looking good." The veteran will also appear on a Cutting Edge documentary on Channel 4 called Living With Brucie next Wednesday followed by an appearance on BBC1's Who Do You Think You Are? in a few weeks.
