Bruce Forsyth has revealed his Fountain Of Youth fitness routine in a new Cutting Edge documentary. The 82-year-old Strictly Come Dancing host speaks about his impressive good health during the Channel 4 show, which airs next week. Forsyth admits that his secret is following directions from the Fountain Of Youth book, which he was given by his Puerto Rican mother-in-law.
Demonstrating the routine, the TV star completes spins, knee rotations, toe-wiggling, calf-slapping and hip-swinging. "I'm doing this for me. I don't want to grow old gracefully, I want to put up a bit of a fight," says the former Generation Game presenter.
"I want to keep as young as I can and as mobile as I can because one day it's all going to stop, I'm not going to be able to do this." Forsyth also confesses during a discussion about funerals that he is considering being laid to rest on a golf course. Living With Brucie airs on Wednesday, July 14 at 9pm on Channel 4.
